The Catering Group will sponsor you if you are not a member or don't know anyone.
We felt that they were the best bang for our buck--they will negotiate.
January wedding: Quoted $140pp++ for 2 stations, 10 passed hors d'oeurves in cocktail hour, 4 course meal + cake. Charivari chairs are $8/chair, I think--they have banquet chairs.
Also, they will reserve up to 30 rooms for your guests--$185 per night for a basic room.
