The maximum number of guests that we can accommodate for any event is 90
people. We cannot accommodate any more than that.
The charge for service is twofold. There is a 20% gratuity added to the food
and beverage cost for servers. Then there is a "Service Charge" for the Chef
for the evening which would be around $350.00 for the amount of guests we
are talking about.
If we are planning for 90 guests I
would anticipate rental costs for plates,
glasses, chairs, tables and two tents (in the case of inclement weather), to
be between $1500 and $2000.
